ACCREDITED RANGES

Checking body OVEGES is accredited, by RENAR – National Body of Accreditation, beginning with the date of 28.10.2013, for performing the checking of the reports for monitoring the greenhouse gases emissions according to the Rule of put into application (EU) 2018/2067 of the Commission from 19 December 2018 and SR EN ISO 14065:2013.

SCOPE

Checking of yearly reports for monitoring the greenhouse gases emissions, of the reports regarding the reference data for the determination of allocation with free title of certificates for greenhouse gases emissions and of the reports regarding the level of activity for the adjusting with free title of emissions quotes.

LEGAL RULES

1. SR EN ISO 14065:2013 Greenhouse gases. Requirements for the bodies which perform the validation and the checking of greenhouse gases emissions, for using in accreditation or in other forms of recognition.
2. Rule (EU) no. 2018/2067 – Rule of put into application (EU) 2018/2067 of the Commission from 19 December 2018, regarding the checking of the data and the accreditation of the checkers based on the Directive 2003/87/CE of European Parliament and of the Council.
3. Rule (EU) no. 601/2012 regarding the monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gases emissions in accordance with the Directive 2003/87/CE of European Parliament and of the Council, with modifications and subsequent completions.
4. Rule (EU) 2019/331 – Delegated Rule (EU) 2019/331 of establishing transitory norms for whole Union regarding harmonized allocation and with free title of the certificates of emissions based on the article 10a from the Directive 2003/87/CE of European Parliament and of the Council.
5. Rule (EU) 2018/2066 (MRR rev.) – Rule of put into application (EU) 2018/2066 regarding the monitoring and the reporting of greenhouse gases emissions based on the Directive 2003/87/CE of European Parliament and of the Council and of modification the Rule (EU) no. 601/2012 of the Commission.
6. Government Decision no. 780/2006 with the modifications and subsequent completions regarding the establishing of the scheme of commercialization the certifications of greenhouse gases emissions, with the modifications and subsequent completions.
7. Rule of put into application (EU) 2019/1842 of the Commission from 31 October 2019 in order to establish the norms of application the Directive 2003/87/CE of European Parliament and of the Council regarding new modalities of adjusting the allocation with free of charge title of the quotes of emissions because of the modifications of activity level.
