Physical-mechanical characteristics of electrostatic precipitator dust allow its reintroduction in cement manufacturing flow as addition at clinker grinding. The cement is obtained by concomitant grinding, as consequence of dosing in different proportions, of the clinker, blast granulated slag, gypsum and electrostatic precipitator dust up to a fineness \u2013 expressed by residue on the sieve of 90\u00b5m &#8211; of about 1.5%. The new sort has upper mechanical performances in comparison with the cement without addition of electrostatic precipitator dust.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>METHOD OF OBTAINING PORTLAND CLINKER WITH LOW CALORIC CONSUMPTION<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">no. 127 510\/ 28.04.2017<\/p>\n<p>The patent is subject to the obtaining of a clinker of Portland cement with low consumption of thermal energy, through the additive of raw mix with a combination of mineralizer substances. The advantages of performing such a clinker are: decrease of sintering temperature for the raw mix with 70<sup>o<\/sup>C, decreasing of fuel consumption and, implicitly, decreasing of CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions. The cement obtained with such a clinker has initial and final strengths more than of the cement obtained from clinker without mineralizers.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>CEMENT WITH SCREENING CAPACITY OF GAMMA RADIATIONS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">no. 130240\/30.03.2017<\/p>\n<p>The patent is subject to a special Portland cement, with addition of barite, with screening capacity of gamma radiations. The cement is obtained by concomitant grinding, in different proportions,\u00a0of the clinker of Portland cement (with characteristics according to SR EN 197-1) with barite and gypsum up a fineness expressed by Blaine specific surface of about 3500 cm<sup>2<\/sup>\/g. Caracteristicile fizico-chimice ale prafului de electrofiltru permit reintroducerea acestuia \u00een fluxul de fabrica\u021bie al cimentului, ca adaos la m\u0103cinarea clincherului. Noul sortiment are performan\u021be mecanice superioare fa\u021b\u0103 de cimentul f\u0103r\u0103 adaos de praf de electrofiltru.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>METODA DE OB\u021aINERE A CLINCHERULUI PORTLAND CU CONSUM CALORIC REDUS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">nr. 127 510\/ 28.04.2017<\/p>\n<p>Inven\u021bia se refer\u0103 la ob\u021binerea unui clincher de ciment Portland cu consum redus de energie termic\u0103, prin aditivarea amestecului brut cu o combina\u021bie de substan\u021be mineralizatoare. Avantajele realiz\u0103rii acestui clincher sunt: reducerea temperaturii de sinterizare a amestecului brut cu 70<sup>o<\/sup>C, reducerea consumului de combustibil \u0219i, implicit, a emisiilor de CO<sub>2<\/sub>. Cimentul ob\u021binut cu un astfel de clincher are rezisten\u021be ini\u021biale \u0219i finale mai mari dec\u00e2t ale cimentului ob\u021binut din clincher f\u0103r\u0103 mineralizatori.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>CIMENT CU CAPACITATE DE ECRANARE A RADIA\u021aIILOR GAMMA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">nr. 130240\/30.03.2017<\/p>\n<p>Inven\u021bia se refer\u0103 la un ciment Portland special, cu adaos de barit\u0103, cu capacitate de ecranare a radia\u021biilor gamma. Cimentul se ob\u021bine prin m\u0103cinarea concomitent\u0103, \u00een diferite propor\u021bii,\u00a0 a clincherului de ciment Portland (cu caracteristici conform SR EN 197-1) cu barit\u0103 \u0219i gips p\u00e2n\u0103 la o fine\u021be exprimat\u0103 prin suprafa\u021ba specific\u0103 Blaine de cca. 3500 cm<sup>2<\/sup>\/g.
