Gheorghe  Polizu, nr. 1, cod 011061, Sector 1,  Bucuresti<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #009933; line-height: 24px; font-size: 12pt; padding-top: 15px;\">1.4 Durata de execu\u0163ie:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 23px; text-align: left;\">20.07.2006 -15.09.2008<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #009933; line-height: 24px; font-size: 12pt; padding-top: 15px;\">1.5 Descrierea proiectului<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 23px; text-align: left;\"><strong>1.5.1.Scopul proiectului<\/strong> <br \/>este concentrarea unei mase critice de resurse umane si materiale de inalta valoare din univer\u015fitati, in\u015ftitute \u015fi IMM-uri intr-un con\u015fortiu pentru de\u015ffa\u015furarea unor cercetari in comun, in vederea generarii de noi cunostinte in domeniul materialelor cimentoide cu adaos calcaros, performante, ecologice si economice.<br \/>Rezultatul final, este obtinerea unor materiale cimentoide silicatice optimizate chimic, structural &#8211; mineralogic si granulometric, prin modificarea spectrului granulometric in domeniul submicronic, cu adaos calcaros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 23px; text-align: left;\"><strong>1.5.2. Obiectivele proiectului<\/strong><br \/>Proiectul PERFORM-MAT-CIM urmareste desf\u0103\u015furarea in comun de catre partenerii consor\u0163iului a activitatilor de cercetare si dezvoltare tehnologica de mare complexitate, activitati ce includ cercetare fundamentala si aplicativa. Realizarea in comun a activitatilor propuse va conduce implicit la dezvoltarea parteneriatului pe lunga durata intre institutiile participante, urmarindu-se dezvoltarea pe plan intern a unor baze materiale de cercetare puternice.<br \/>Implementarea unui cluster stiintific si tehnologic (de preferat un proiect public privat) pentru a facilita dezvoltarea aplicatiilor industriale ale rezultatelor stiintifice obtinute. Propunerea unui proiect in PC 7 in aceeasi arie tematica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 23px; text-align: left;\"><strong>1.5.3. Au fost testate din punct de vedere fizico-mecanic si s-a studiat influenta adaosurilor si a procedeului de realizare al cimenturilor.\u00a0<br \/><strong>Astfel:<\/strong> <br \/>Apa de consistenta normala inregistreaza o usoara scadere cu cresterea continutului in calcar, la cimenturile obtinute prin macinarea concomitenta a componentilor si scade semnificativ cu cresterea continutului in calcar la cimenturile obtinute prin macinare separata a componentelor si omogenizarea amestecului.<\/p>\n<p>Timpul de priza scade la cimenturile cu adaos de calcar fata de cimenturile etalon. O scadere semnificativa s-a observat la cimenturile cu adaos de calcar realizate prin macinare separata a componentelor si omogenizarea amestecului.<\/p>\n<p>Rezistentele mecanice ale cimenturilor sunt influentate de calitatea clincherului, continutul in calcar, prezenta altor adaosuri (zgura, cenusa de termocentrala) si procedeul de realizare a acestora si anume:<br \/>\u2022 odata cu cresterea continutului in calcar scad rezistentele mecanice ale cimenturilor;<br \/>\u2022 cimenturile cu un continut in calcar de 20% prezinta rezistente mecanice mai mari la termene scurte (2 zile) decat cimenturile etalon si cimenturile cu 20% zgura, respectiv cenusa de termocentrala;<br \/>\u2022 prezenta zgurii in proportii egale cu ale calcarului in cimenturi de tip CEM II\/A-M conduce la cresterea rezistentelor mecanice la toate termenele, fata de etalon;<br \/>\u2022 rezistentele mecanice ale cimenturilor cu calcar obtinute prin macinarea separata a componentelor si omogenizarea amestecurilor sunt mai scazute decat cele realizate prin macinarea concomitenta a componentelor (la aceeasi finete exprimata prin R 009)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etapa 3<\/strong> &#8211; Pentru atingerea obiectivelor propuse in cadrul celei de-a III-a etape a contractului au fost realizate:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 23px; text-align: left;\">\u2022 Studii ale proceselor de hidratare &#8211; hidroliza ce au loc la amestecarea materialelor cimentoide cu apa. Aceste studii s-au realizatde catre partenerul P2 &#8211; Universitatea Ovidius, pe materiale cimentoide preparate de CO, prin determinarea in suspensiile apa\/materiale cimentoide a urmatorilor perametrii: conductivitate electrica, pH, concentratia speciilor ionice (Ca2+ si OH-) si prin determinari chimice ale apei legate in hidrocompusi.<br \/>\u2022 Procesele fizico-chimice care au loc la intarirea maselor liante cu adaos calcaros au fost studiate prin difracie de raze X si analiza termogravimetrica-TG si DTG,de catre partenerul P1-UPB si CO.Deasemenea,morfologia hidrocompusilor si microstructura pietrei intarite la 28 zile au fost obtinute prin analize de microscopie electronica SEM,de catre P1-UPB si P3-IMT, si porozimetrie cu mercur de catre partenerul P1.<br \/>\u2022 Investigatii privind nanostructura pietrei de liant intarite anumite intervale de reactie (7-60 zile), s-au realizat prin determinari de microscopie electronica, TEM -BFTEM si SAED, pe probe hidratate, de catre partenerul P2 .<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 23px; text-align: left;\">Investigatiile realizate pe materialele cimentoide cu adaos calcaros au permis formularea urmatoarelor concluzii:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 23px; text-align: left;\">In primele ore de interactie a maselor cimentoide cu apa are loc cresterea conductivitatii electrice si a pH-ului, crestere explicabila prin cresterea concentratiei ionice a suspensiei apoase, consecinta a trecerii in solutie a ionilor Ca2+, OH-, SO42-. Proba cu 20% adaos de calcar, prezinta cele mai mari valori ale bazicitatii si implicit ale conductivitatii electrice.<br \/>\u2022 Diminuarea ulterioara a conductivitatii electrice si a pH-ului poate fi asociata cu aparitia unor germeni de cristalizare fie de Ca(OH)<sub>2<\/sub>, fie de C-S-H (hidrosilicati) dar aceasta diminuare ar mai putea fi asociata si cu diminuarea cantitativa a ghipsului prin formarea de etringit.<br \/>\u2022 Evolutiile concentratiilor ionilor Ca2+ si OH- in suspensiile materialelor cimentoide sunt in buna concordanta cu evolutia conductivitatii electrice , ale pH-ului si determinarile de apa legata chimic, evidentiind efecte pozitive ale adaosului calcaros asupra proceselor de hidratare-hidroliza ale acestora, accelerandu-le.<br \/>\u2022 Analizand rezultatele obtinute prin difractometrie de raze X ,se constata cresterea continutului de Ca(OH)<sub>2<\/sub> la pastele de ciment dupa 2 zile, care contin adaos de calcar. Totodata, dupa 28 zile de intarire, cantitatea de Ca(OH)<sub>2<\/sub> este mai mica in masele cu calcar decat in proba etalon,aceasta sugerand ca la o perioada mai mare de intarire devine preponderent efectul cimentului portland din masele liante cu adaos de calcar.In cazul maselor cu adaos mixt de calcar si zgura se constata evectul pozitiv al zgurii la 28 zile si efectul pozitiv al calcarului la 2 zile.<br \/>\u2022 Analizele termo gravimetrice TG si DTG evidentiaza faptul ca, la termene scurte de intarire-2 zile, cantitatea de Ca(OH)<sub>2<\/sub> calculat, este mai mica decat cea determinata experimental, ceeace confirma intensificarea reactiei de hidratare &#8211; hidroliza a materialelor cimentoide cu adaos calcaros. La termene mai mari(28 zile), cantitatea de Ca(OH)<sub>2<\/sub> calculat este mai mare decat cea determinata experimental, fapt explicabil prin consumarea acestuia de catre zgura si de prezenta calcarului care intensifica hidratarea zgurii.<br \/>\u2022 Prezenta calcarului in materialele cimentoide are un efect pozitiv asupra porozitatii materialului intarit. Datele de porozimetrie cu mercur obtinute pe paste intarite la 28 zile arata ca, atat porozitatea totala deschisa, cat si dimensiunea medie a porilor, pentru masele cu adaos calcaros sunt mai mici decat cele ale masei etalon.<br \/>\u2022 Imaginile electronomicroscopice SEM, arata ca la materialele cimentoide cu adaos calcaros fazele hiratate sunt mai structurate decat la liantul etalon. Dupa 28 zile de intarire, formatiunile hidratate capata un caracter mai bine dezvoltat la masele cu adaos calcaros,la care se poate considera si prezenta unor faze hidrosilicatice-CSH I ca folii pliate si incretite.<br \/>\u2022 Morfologia probelor de materiale cimentoide hidratate, la 7, 28 si 60 zile, a fost investigata si prin preluare de imagini BFTEM si SAED. Investigatiile BFTEM evidentiaza aglomerari de particule cu forme aproximativ sferice cu dimensiuni nanometrice, particulele avand diametre pornind de la cativa microni si coborand pana la 10 nm, in special la masele cu adaos calcaros. Aglomerarile de particule cresc in timp ajungand dupa 60 zile la dimensiuni micrometrice. Prin difractie de electroni &#8211; SAED, s-a evidentiat prezenta unor materiale policristaline al caror grad de cristalinitate creste in timp, precum si prezenta monocristalelor cu dimensiuni relativ mari fata de pulberea nanometrica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etapa 4<\/strong><br \/>Au fost realizate si testate 3 loturi de cimenturi: adaos de 20% calcar, adaos de 10%calcar +10% zgura si 15% calcar + 15% zgura. Aceste loturi au fost ulterior puse la dispozitia partenerilor P4 si P5 pentru a se cerceta comportarea lor la punerea in opera pe mortare si betoane. Cele mai bune rezultate din punct de vedere al caracteristicilor fizico-mecanice s-au obtinut pe cimentul cu adaos de 20% calcar si cel cu adaos mixt 10% calcar +10% zgura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 23px; text-align: left;\"><strong>Etapa 5<br \/><\/strong>S-a cercetat comportarea la punerea in opera a celor trei loturi de materiale cimentoide performante cu adaos calcaros. S-au efectuat determinari pe mortare de zidarie si tencuialaconform SR EN 998 &#8211; 1,2:2003 si determinari pe betoane conform SR EN 206. S-a evaluat efectul adaosului calcaros din materialele cimentoide realizate, la punerea in opera a acestora (mortare si betoane)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 23px; text-align: left;\">Conform EN 998-2 mortarele obtinute cu cimentuirle cu adaos de calcar dupa retetele realizate de partenerul P4 sunt mortare performante de uz general pentru zidarie destinate a fi utilizate in constructiile exterioare supuse cerintelor structurale.
