Performing technology of clinker obtaining with low consumption of heat and low CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\tCharacterization the raw mixes with content of non-carbonated materials: grindability, burnability;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\tCalculation of heat theoretic consumption   &#8211;\tTheoretical calculation of emitted CO<sub>2<\/sub> ;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\tAssessment impact using non-carbonated wastes on environment<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Assessment of non-carbonated wastes effect with\/without mineralizator on clinker and cement quality:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Performing of optimum raw mixes, efficient from energetic point of view and of CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions, structural and chemical characterization of these (analyses through optical microscopy, X-rays diffraction, selective electron-scan microscopy (type SEM) coupled with EDAX well, chemical analyze);<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cements performing; &#8211; Evaluation of hydraulic activity for the cements obtained from laboratory clinker through physical, chemical and mechanical methods (mechanical resistances, chemical bound water, X-rays analyze).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
