{"id":2045,"date":"2010-02-19T23:51:07","date_gmt":"2010-02-19T20:51:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ceprocim.ro\/?page_id=2045"},"modified":"2010-10-20T08:02:56","modified_gmt":"2010-10-20T06:02:56","slug":"eco-clinker-etapa-1","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ceprocim.ro\/en\/activitati\/proiecte\/eco-clinker-etapa-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Eco-Clinker Phase 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Phase I \u2013 Study regarding the possibilities of diminishing the energetic consumptions and of CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions at clinker manufacturing (December 2007)<\/h2>\n<li>Performing of a study regarding the way of carrying out the clinkers of Portland      cement with a low consumption of energy and CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions;<\/li>\n<li>Identification      of some solutions of decreasing CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions and energetic      consumptions at clinker manufacturing, in the conditions specific to Romania.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>using      the mineralizators, with a description \u00a0of mineralizators classes and the      influence exercised \u00a0on clinker      quality, and also caloric consumptions at clinker burning. \u00a0It was pointed out the fact that by using      the fluorides, is possible a decreasing with 20-50 kJ\/kg clinker of      caloric consumption, through forming C<sub>3<\/sub>S at a lower      temperature, with benefic influences on clinker quality<\/li>\n<li>using      some alternative raw materials of type: \u00a0blast furnace slags, fly ashes, concrete      wastes from removals, wastes from paper industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>using      some mineralizators from class of fluorides, oxides;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<p><strong>Objectives specific<\/strong> to this phase were the following:<\/p>\n<p>Within phase no.1 the actual stage of manufacturing the clinker of Portland cement, in our country and abroad was presented. The performed study pointed out the possibilities of reducing \u00a0\u00a0energetic consumptions and of CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions at manufacturing the clinker of Portland cement, acting on the composition of raw mix as follow:<\/p>\n<p>Sources of alternative raw materials, existing in Romania were identified and presented. <br \/> Following to performed study, the following directions of research were detached in order to decrease energetic consumptions and of CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions at manufacturing the clinker of Portland cement, for the following phases:<\/p>\n<p>using some alternative raw materials of type: non-granulated blast furnace slag, steel slags, fly ashes.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Phase I \u2013 Study regarding the possibilities of diminishing the energetic consumptions and of CO2 emissions at clinker manufacturing (December 2007) Performing of a study regarding the way of carrying out the clinkers of Portland cement with a low consumption of energy and CO2 emissions;
